DEER RUN CAMPGROUND
Located near Flaming Gorge Reservoir at 6200', this area is representative of a high dessert community, and boasts a resident deer herd. There are restrooms, potable water, and a shower building with flush toilets and showers. *This campground is not available to groups. Nearby group sites located at Green's Lake, Dripping Springs, Antelope, or Dutch John Draw.* Firewood is sold at the campground. A Rec Fee Demo pass is required for each vehicle using facilites outside the campground. Purchase passes from the campground manager.

Take US 191 from Vernal, UT, 42 miles north. From US 191 go southwest onForest Road 183. Campground located adjacent to Cedar Springs Marina.
Important Information: *This campground has first-come, first-served sites*Reservations must be made at least 4 days in advance.All equipment must fit on the site pad. Vehicles must park in developedareas only.A Rec Fee Demo Pass is required for each vehicle using facilities outsidethe campground. Purchase passes from the camp managers, local businesses,and the Forest Service.NOTICE: As of 2004, the vehicle policy is changed. No more than 2
vehicles will be allowed on a single site. No exceptions.
