From I-15, exit at Alpine-Highlands (exit 287) onto Highway 92.Proceed 13 miles to junction, stay on Highway 92 (Alpine Scenic Loop) for 3miles.For more information call Mountain Campground Management at :(435)548-2554.
Important Information: Reservations must be made at least 5 days in advance.Highway 92 has a 30' vehicle length restriction. Altamont is withinthis restriction.Campers must have a recreation pass before camping. They are availableat entrance stations located on either side of the Alpine Scenic Loop.Three-day passes are $3 per vehicle, Fourteen day passes are $10 pervehicle, and annual passes are $25 per vehicle.This park has first come, first served sites.
