MT. TIMPANOGOS
Mt. Timpanogos Campground is located at an elevation of 7,600 feet with
aspen and pine trees. Campground is situated next to the Mt. Timpanogos
Wilderness. Flush toilets and drinking water are provided. Hiking
opportunities are nearby. Campground roads and spurs are paved. No
ATV's/OHV's, roller blades, skate boards, or bicycles allowed in
campground. An extra vehicle fee will be collected at the campground.
Campers must have a recreation pass before camping. Three-day passes are
$3 per vehicle, Fourteen day passes are $10 per vehicle, and annual
passes are $25 per vehicle. Passes are available at entrance stations
located on either side of the Alpine Scenic Loop or 3 day passes can be
purchased at self service fee tubes located at major trailheads.

From Highway I-15 exit 275, 800 North, Orem, Utah proceed east on Highway52 to the mouth of Provo Canyon. Go east on Highway 189 for 7 miles toSundance turnoff, Highway 92. Take Highway 92 for 6 miles (past SundanceSki Area and Aspen Grove Recreation Area).
Important Information: Reservations must be made at least 5 days in advance. No ATV's or OHV'sallowed. A fee of $6 for extra vehicles will be collected at thecampground. State Road 92 has a vehicle length restriction of 30 feetover the Alpine Scenic Loop (Mt. Timpanogos Campground is on the AlpineScenic Loop).This park has first come, first served sites.
