LOST CREEK CAMPGROUND
Located 27 miles from Kamas, Utah, at an elevation of 10,000 feet. Campground is located in the mountains among alpine lakes and a conifer forest. Daytime temperatures are 65-75 degrees and nights are 40-50 degrees. Roads are paved, drinking water is provided, and there are no hook-ups. The nearest telephone is in Bear River Service, 25 miles away. There are weekend amphitheater programs at Mirror Lake. First-come, first-serve sites are available. A Rec Fee Demo Pass is required of all who recreate in the Wasatch-Cache National Forest. It can be purchased at several locations in Kamas, at the Bear River Lodge on the north end of Mirror Lake Highway, and at the Kamas, Bear River, and Evanston Ranger Stations. Pass fees are: Daily - $3, Weekly - $6, Season - $25.

From Salt Lake City, Utah, take Highway 80 east for 30 miles to Highway 40.Go south on Highway 40 for 1 mile to Kamas exit. Go southeast on Highway189 for 12 miles to Kamas. Turn east on Highway 150, travel 27 miles tocampground.
Important Information: This campground has first-come, first-served sites.Reservations must be made at least 5 days in advance.This campground requires a 2 night minimum stay on weekends.This campground requires a 3 night minimum stay on holiday weekends.A per day, per vehicle fee will be collected on-site beginning with thesecond vehicle. The tow vehicle + towed vehicle = 1 vehicle. Remember toadd the length of your tow vehicle when deciding if your rig will fit on asite. Sites can only accommodate 1 RV/trailer.No motorboats allowed on the lake.No horses allowed in the campground."This campground has a stay limit of 7 days."
