JORDAN PINES
Located in Big Cottonwood Canyon. Restrooms and drinking water are provided at this group recreation area. There are several easy-to-moderate hiking trails in the immediate vicinity of the campground. Moose, deer and other wildlife are frequently seen in the area. Trout fishing is available in nearby Big Cottonwood Creek as well as mountain biking opportunities on some of the trails. Golden Age/Access Passport discounts do not apply at this location because all sites are group sites.

From Highway 215 take 6200 south exit, go eastbound for 1 mile toWasatch Blvd. Take Wasatch Blvd. 1 mile south to junction with BigCottonwood Canyon Highway (Highway 190). Take left at junction,follow Big Cottonwood Canyon Highway for 9.2 miles to Jordan PineCampground.
Important Information: Reservations must be made at least 3 days in advance.No hook-ups available. No large motor homes or truck-trailercombos over 25 feet.There are both overnight and day-use sites here. Please makecertain you reserve the right type. Each site has a set capacity forEach site has a set capacity for both people and vehicles which isstrictly enforced. There is no room for extra vehicles, and extrapeople will be asked to leave.If you have more than the number of allowed vehicles, there is aPark & Ride lot at the base of the canyon where guests can carpoolup to the site.Animals, including dogs, pets, and livestock, are not allowed in thecanyon.No All-terrain vehicles or Off-road vehicles allowed.
