WHITING
Whiting Campground has a very pleasant setting in maple and cottonwood trees and sits at an elevation of about 5,400 feet. Restrooms are provided. There are mountainous horse trails, hiking trails and fishing opportunities. The town of Mapleton, a full service community is three miles away.

From Highway 15, take the South Springville exit, continue 2 miles tointersection of Main Street and 400 South. Turn south onto Main Street,staying in the right lane toward Highway 89/Price. Continue to MapleStreet, turn left onto maple and follow it to Main Street in Mapleton,Utah. Turn north onto Main Street, follow to 400 North.
Important Information: Reservations must be made at least 5 days in advance.A fee of $6.00 for extra vehicles will be collected at the campground.Pets must be leashed. Quiet hours are between 10pm to 6am.No discharge of firearms or fireworks. No OHV’s/ATV's.This park has first come, first served sites.
