THA 187 by Ninthward
Dec 28th, 2007 by admin
Ninthward is a new company founded by Campbell Mckeogh in 2003. This close knit Mammoth based ski and clothing company is named after a low income neighborhood in New Orleans. They try to copy that same community feel where every one looks after one another as a company and as a team. There has been some speculation about Ninthward being able to actually produce any skis in the past because of unfulfilled orders placed at the SIA. There are currently 12 different skis available at Backcountry.com.

THA 187 is their fat all mountain ski that can handle any big mountain terrain. It performs best in powder and the backcountry because of the ding resistant Durasurf 4000 base and 13-mm thick sidewalls. Which is perfect for the ski conditions here in Utah. This ski won at the Freeski Nationals at Snowbird, Vegitate at Mt. Hood and Powder Magazine Skiers Choice
Award. Available at Backcountry.com
