Samak Smoke House - Kamas

The Samak Smoke House is located along the Mirror Lake Highway in Kamas. They are a local hometown general store that has all the sundry items you might need plus, some specialty items. Their home made smoked jerky is our families favorite. They use only high quality beef, turkey and trout when they make their jerky so it is unlike any other that you have ever tasted. The smoke house is located just west of the store and they are often in there working. They also have a variety of fresh home made healthy snacks that are just yummy and they make a great cappuccino. Don’t worry about stopping for licenses, snowshoe rentals, firewood or canoe rentals in the city, they have those too. Make sure you stop in for a treat next time you are heading up into the Uintas.
