Karl Meltzer will be running and setting a record by completing the full length of the 2,174 miles of the Appalachian Trail in less than 47 days. For those of you who do not know Karl he is that crazy trail runner you seem to see everywhere along the Wasatch Front. Starting August 5, 2008 track his progress at Whereskarl.com
